people

  • This is a very interesting debate we have going here. Germany Vs. America. Pretty much all I've been seeing in this is a fight over who's country is better, more beautiful, nicer, racism status, and religious tolerance statuses. The only way the world will get better is if each person worked together to make it better. First of all, I don't get racism. I do get that it may have been brought up into people to be racist against people who a different, or even a fear of the unknown. What everyone has to remember is that people are people. We all cry, we all have feelings, and we all bleed red blood. Also, I understand that religion is a way of life for a lot of people, but in order to inhabit this planet peacefully and to happily coexist as human beings, no matter what religion a person is and what they may believe, they should thing about how they would feel if that person was to push what they believed onto them. But then the person that is getting the religion pushed on them has to stop and think about if they really and truly believed in something so much that they based their lives on it, even if others deemed it un-true or even "stupid", would they do the same thing? Not only that, but I don't even get why governments have to monitor where everyone goes. I know it's for economy and safety reason's, but I'm a strong believer in that this planet is for all of the organisms to share, and people should be able to inhabit any place as long as in that place they fallow the rules, and should not have to fill out a million papers and pay for more than traveling fees and personal expenses (food, ect.) in order to live where they want to live. People should focus more on saving our planet instead of destroying and regulating it. Fighting and monitoring are a waist of energy. We should be using that energy to help people and save what our planet gives us in resources that we so willingly take advantage of. There's this kid I met that got bought himself an ipod. When it came in the mail, he was eager to open this wonderful devise, but after about ten happy seconds, he changed his mind. He sent the ipod back, got his money back, and donated the money to starving children in Africa. It's small things like that, that if everyone did them once in a while, would make a huge difference instead of waisting time fighting over stereotypes and which country is better. They're both good and bad in their own ways, they're both from the same planet, dominated by the same species. Before judging something or someone, learn more about them and walk a mile in their shoes.
