Employment Ban details

• i had been working in Diera-dubai from feb, 10, 2007, as a
  
  grapic designer .
  
  whats my problem is my company gave me 3 visit visa and at
  
  last before 1 monthy only,they gave me emp visa in fujerah
  
  free zone. Now my company management is not in a proper
  
  manner.i had resign the job .whether from my company can put any ban on me or ban from immigration because i'm in fujerah
  
  free zone and i need to join in new company in dubai.
