  If want to play dumb do so – but straight! If you go and ask the authorities, you can't play stupid because you have doubts. If you want to have clarification without endangering your "stupid" mind then you only have the choice to hire an attorney. Like the other read said, it is a good idea to check out with the agency that brought you over here in the first place. They will surely be willing to help.
