• Hi, you have to look on the website immobilienscout24.de. I live in Bilk, it's a great area. Oberbilk, Pempelfort, Altstadt, are all great neighborhoods. The downtown area is expensive and not worth it b/c it is worn down. Duesseldorf is a small town, so you can get around very easily in a short amount of time. Don't go with a private owner, go with a company, the apts. are MUCH better as well as the conditions. Here is the place I used, I am happy with them so far: treuhoch Immobilien. Look for them under the website I gave you or put it into goolgle.
