in order to work as a dentist , first of all i have to obtain a certification in any province .But , i want to know if the dentists can qualify and inmigrate as skilled workers , before they get this certification ? and in which provinces they can be accepted, for example , i know that in Manitoba , it is a restricted profession .Do u know any province only to immigrate without this certificationAnonymous 09 mrt 2006, 04:13 - Rapporteer misbruik
