• if you spouse can provide documentation saying they have a jiob waiting for them and its offical even though im on benefits if i say get an affidavit saying i legal state i will renouce my benefits a weekbefore he enters country and my parent will support us if the neeed come till his first pay check, he'll be paid weekly and all other documents for visa and critera are met and we have 2 small babies together. what are our chanse. my husband need to support me will i can work again and my kids need a dad. hes under educated but its a good building job, sercure and he'll earn over 1000-1200 a month
