i am on work permit holder since 5 years and due to apply for Permanent Resident. my husband also have a separate work permit since 3 years and living together nearly 2 years. my husband likes to apply for dependant visa. what is the procedure and going for india for 1 month. we thought of apply for dependant visa in india. does he need to give resign to current post or just to apply for visa.
please let me know
