• if you do not have a job permit, it is hard. It of course depends on your profession. Things like science researchers of university professors have no problem. After all the hiring cycles allow them to wait for the corresponding job permits to be processed. The problem is that for jobs that are to be filled within weeks, chances are that no employer will even consider getting you a job permit because it can take a few months...
