Apartment for short term until we find a house in the Wiesbaden area

• My husband and I are transferring to Wiesbaden. He and the dog are flying 12-12, staying at the American Arms, until I arrive Jan 9th. We are wanting to rent a house in one of the smaller towns between Wiesbaden and Ramstein eventually. Is your apartment furnished and are you open to one dog, mature and totally house trained?
