  • No, in The Netherlands we don't have such an option for mobile phones.

    There's another solution of course, if you have internet at home (ADSL, cable), you could apply for a pre-paid VoIP fixed line number, for example with Budgetphone. It costs €10 each year for the number and of course the money you have to pay in advance for calling others (€5 and up).
