PR EXECUTIVE

Hi all,
I am a PR Executive currently working in India, with work experience from Dubai as well. I have studied Corporate Communications and Reputation Management from the Univerity of Manchester and will be arriving to UK next month and am eligible to work in the UK and do not need company sposnsorship.
I was wondering how to go about getting a job in the PR Sector... i have applied to a number of places, but it seems companies do not think having global experience is of any significance.
Are there any recruitment consultants dedicated to foreigner looking for work?
If there is anyone can help do let me know....
