visa to visit singapore

Dear sir/madam,

i am vijay, indian national working in nigeria with residence permit. i have to go to singapore in june'09 for my traditional marriage with my fiancee.

how and where shall i need to apply for visa? i want a multiple entry visa for one month as i have to visit india to get my parents to singapore for my wedding.
