MODE OF PAYMENT: Buyer’s issue Confirmable BANK DRAFT as collateral, and copy to the SELLERS the original HARD COPY of the BANK DRAFT should be kept with the buyer pending the arrival of the goods with our representative that will accompanies the goods to the buyers destination and after the final assay the buyer will handover the ORIGINAL of the bank draft to our Representative.
PROCEDURE:
01) Buyer accepts sellers terms
02) Seller will nominate a representative that will accompany the Gold to the Buyer s refinery. Subsequent deliveries to follow suit.
03) seller will responsible for the Tax ,Duties and all export fees, shipment & freight shipping cost to buyers destination refinery and the shipping cost will be included into the final payment after positive result from refinery
