2. Construction of a 40-ft. high, 2600sft (RM/PM godown), 4000sft (Tooth powder operation), 3600sft (Bits building), 1600sft (Drier building), 2400sft (CP operation Shed) factory building made of Zamil Steel Prefabricated steel building including procurement, installation and commissioning.
3. Installation and commissioning Bits machine, one soap line (All machine and lines) including drier, feetpot, crutcher acma, floder, etc
4. Construction of a 40-ft. high, 9000sft (Building strenthing), 3600sft RCC building etc.

1.Project Management: Conduct feasibility studies, designing the system by selecting proper equipment, layout etc., preparation and raising “Capital Proposal”, obtaining approval prior initiating the projects, material-cost- timing estimates, preparation and evaluation of contract and for industrial engineering project work and also for maintenance. Project management ensures smooth and timely commissioning of new machinery and production lines to launch new types of product formats. This also includes planning and monitoring expenditure within budgets.
