2 bed or 3 bed flat

• Hi, we're out here at the moment and flat hunting - prices are very high... We've seen a nice unfurnished 3 bed in a lovely area from QR14,000, but have also seen some furnished 3 beds at QR10,000 in OK areas. 2 bed places aren't much less. Lots of the owners want at least 3 months in advance, some one year. Hope this helps your decision
