Hi!...salary range..in oman

• I am a Faculty working in oman for the past one year...here salary for the Faculties are not much highly paid....Also no consideration of Levels as per experience...Lecturers with 5 years Plus and with 10 years plus are assigned as Lecturers only...Salary range..if u come through Agency contract...Lectures with 5 and 10 years experience will get same salary--1000 Omani Rials per month/without accomodation and transport..better prefer Public university--Sultan Qaboos university is better in oman..
  Doctorates with 5-10 years of experience will get nearly 1100 Rials only..hardly difference of only 100 Rials..I advice all the peoples coming to oman better come through Direct recruitment than Agency contracts in the Government collges in oman.Faculties and Lecturers,Professors who decided to come to oman especialy from INDIA-must think twice to sign the contract--your knowledge and profession will never improve for long duration of stay...only ur knowledge will decline...
  So think Knowledge or Money?
