using VOIP at internet cafes..

Most internet cafes have sockets available for you to plug in a headset or headphones and a microphone. some internet cafes already have SKYPE on some machines, it is best to ask someone before you pay for use of the machine! Most pay-as-you-go internet cafes will not allow you to download and install software onto their machines and the majority seem to have yahoo messenger installed which now has VOIP features although I have not used Yahoo messenger myself so cannot comment on it directly.
Best thing to do is to ask first...
