Room for Subrent in Maastricht

• Hey everbody,
  
  I am subrenting my furnished room during the summer (JULY & AUGUST 2008). It's a nice 13sm room with wash basin in a studenthouse with 4 other students. WE share a big kitchen, douche,2 WCs and a back garden (where you can 'park' your bicycle).
  It's located 5min by feet from a big supermarket (albert heijn) and a small shopping street with various small shops. The distance to the city center takes about 10 min by bike and about 10 min to Randwyck (where some of the University faculties are located).
  The rent would be 220 euros/month!
