An advice

• {Bored too} sorry to hear that but you gotta socialize a little ...have you met educated well speaking people here? maybe not but there are alot! try to socialize with the right people and you will have a good time! try to be a member in groups who do cultural and educational meetings, people who have book clubs, people who can TALK AND LISTEN! i'm a kuwaiti young man who spends most of his time reading, meeting talented and serious men and women who really know how to be good to themselves and their country!
  i'm a photographer too, so i know that if you have a hobby then you will not be bored in kuwait!
