    1 Marketing & sales for Imports & Export Market for containers & break bulk.

    4 To elaborate a little, have managed to succeed in getting agency for few of tramp
    operators under Barwil Jeddah namely LOG O MAR, HAWKNET & MUR. However this achievement was a result of extra efforts other than what is required to keep the existing Principals satisfied.

    6 Preparation of customer’s profile & marketing reports in addition to daily work plan.

    July 2006-May 2008: United Arab Shipping Company

    Worked as a Shipment Specialist with UASC.

    Responsibilities:

     Assisting the customers in handling shipping related disputes.

     Implementing and reviewing training plans, procedures and business operating manuals, overseeing weekly team meetings in order to set objectives and goals for your team.

     Liaising with Overseas Agents for obtaining Import & Export & Cross Trades Rates.


     Handle a team of cutomer service representatives,training them and motivating them inorder to improve the quality of service.

     Assisting the customer in each & every aspect in regards to pre & post import shipment

     OOG cargo such as Boats/Heavy lifts containerized as well as Breakbulk loading (on board lashing) and Liaising with UASC Surveyor, Shipper, UASC Operations Staff, Port Authorities to ensure smooth Loading.

     Prepare for each vessel/voy Booking Forecasts, Final and Actual loaded reports as per MER requirements
     Prepare CBF as per Central Planning Requirement with Summary of Cntrs POD wise/Equipment wise i.e. IMCO, Reefer, OOG, Tanks with any Special requirements Such as Under Deck Stowage.

     Handling all the Operations issues concerning Client/Port authorities relevant to Export cargo.

     Follow-up with T/s Ports for Imports & Exports cargo.

     Handling Change of Destination, Return shipment for Export/Import cargo
