Buteyko's method should not be learned without a coach

Having taught Buteyko's method for the past 15 years, I caution anyone against trying to learn it from a dvd. Dr. Buteyko made it very clear that his method could not effectively be taught with a d.i.y. approach. The process needs to be adjusted individually by en experienced teacher - or small errors could be dangerous or at least dilute results. I also teach the method on line (Skype/email/phone) and therefore am able to monitor my students' progress and provide coaching according to specific needs.
