You must have BASI 1 ski instructor teacher diploma(euroskipro+eurosecurity) then ask for equivalency at a "collegio+ name of the region)" in the region you chouse to work. Depending on the region,they may ask you to do some additional ski "modules" as well as some theorical exams(italian,territory).When you get it you can ask any schools in that particular region and they easily hire you.
I suggest you to try with Friuli region where english speacking ski instructor are most neaded
