Another Friend from Cyprus

• Very well said Cypriot friend from Limassol, i agree that's the way its is. I am a Cypriot from Larnaca. I understand the problem too, but i strongly believe that things will change soon. More and more young Cypriots now study abroad and this helps in reducing the xenophobe problem. I am studying in the US now and i have made friends that come from all over the world. I was afraid before too. I had only friends that where Cypriots just because i was afraid. I didn't know how to approach foreign people and how to be friends with them. I used to believe that we didn't have many things in common and that there was nothing to say. Now i realized this is all wrong. It's so fascinating to be able to understand another culture and i was amazed by how many things in common we have.
  
  Don't be afraid to approach a Cypriot, believe me they are more afraid than you. Once you go closer to them you will soon understand that Cypriots can be very loyal and good friends
