APARTMENT/HOUSE NEEDED FOR RENTAL

I am writing from a Real Estate Company Expat Homes (Pvt) Ltd in Sri Lanka

One of our clients is planning to relocate to Melbourne in a few weeks time so I would greatly appreciate if you could help him find a place

Could you also outline the procedure in renting houses/apartments?
