Pain on my Penis

• Tried unprotected sex not with partner a week ago. After two days, i began to feel pain on my penis. i thought the pain will go, but did not, Now a week after I feel more pain and my penis is getting a cancerous feel by the right hand side. There is a shedding of skin by my penis, may be it is trying to shed off the disease on its own and new layers coming. Now the pain is waking me in the night. The treatment I got was some antibiotics for a week, but that has not worked. I need help on what to do to restore it to its soft healthy situation.
