How good I should be in Hungarian language?

• I am going to Semmelweis dental school this September, the school web site says:
  Clinical subjects require appropriate knowledge of the Hungarian language in order to be able to communicate with patients, therefore, if students do not fulfil the obligation to pass a final examination in the Hungarian language at the end of the 5th semester they will not be permitted to register for the 6th semester. I am wondering how the test is going ?Is there any one attending the Semmelweis medical school can tell me how good shold I would be at the end of 5th semester. [email removed]
