• i don't know, it depends on what your swiss employer wrote as a recommendation to the Foreigners Police as well as the Federal Office of Immigration in Bern (BFM). It is quite likely that they will require that the company advertises the post and interviews people from the EU/Switzerland first before they can consider hiring you. Maybe, though, if you have a PhD, or good "connections," they can consider you highly skilled, but I don't know, because they have to Prove that they have first interview other people from Europe first.
  
  It is VERY hard to predict what they will do, Swiss authorities have very poor communication with each other and depends on who is reading your file in Bern.
