DERIVATION OF CITIZENSHIP

• My husband´s grandfather BLASCHKE, WALTER was Austrian. He came to Ecuador, South America and married a Jamaican. They had 2 daughters and 2 sons. One of them, my husband´s mother, BLASCHKE, MARIA DOLORES is Ecuadorian. She is still alive and is turning now 71 years old.
  
  She wants to know if she can obtain the Austrian nationality. Can my husband -the grandson now 54- can also get the nationality
