• The Dutch tend to speak in low terms about their food. But, in fact,we eat some marvelous things, such as raw hering, baked blood-sausages and pigsheadmeat held together in sour gelatine (so called 'zult') Really mouthwatering ! It's worth visiting our country. And what about the worldfamous hash-cake? Available everywhere.
