living in Canada in Winter in Vancouver

• Winter in Canada is not that bad everywhere. If you live in Vancouver or Victoria, you will rarely (if ever) see snow at your doorstep.
  
  The downside is that it rains like hell in winter. Some say that the Provincial Flower should be the mildew!
