Hi...i'm a pervian architect, working as architect, in Vancouver Island. And as far as I know construction workers with knowledge in concrete are always in demand. Check out in Toronto, the web site of the Home Builders Association; I've met many argentineans that come to work seasonally (the summer) using their programs for foreign workers. I see you neeed to polish your english a bit, carpeneter of concrete is not preciselly the posistion you are looking for. where I live, a client of mine, will be beging working in a concrete building the next year, but he will be traveling to Mexico to hire concrete workers, using the NAFTA agreements. Its beyond my control...but if you need further information, just contact me. One of my local best friends is from Bistrita, is an awesome guy...and the few other Romanians I've met are the same (actually there is one romanian lady that hates me, her husband was offered the job i currently have...)
