want to move to Free Zone company without cancellation of visa

• Good day! I am currently working with a trading company in dubai, apparantly id been offered by a freezone company with twice of what i am receiving now. further, i am decided to move to the new company but i cannot cancel my visa from my previous company because our trading license is expired until now it wasnt renewed.. will it cause any prOblem if i enter a freezone company without cancelling my visa?? nor will i be given a freezone visa without cancellation of my previous visa?..
