Anyone can buy a property in Germany

  Absolutely anyone can buy a property in Germany: Let alone an EU-citizen like you, I'm an Indian citizen living & working in Germany and I bought an apartment here 2 years ago, while I was still on a temporary (time-bound) residential & work permit!
