regarding change of job....(badly need help)

• Hi,
  I have been working in germany since 15 months with green card and valid workpermit till 2008.Workpermit binded to employer.
  I have an offerletter from my new employer,
  During the process of changing workpermit....do my previous employer has got right to cancel my green card and workpermit to trouble me...
