Recruitment Agencies in Berlin

• Hi all,
  
  I am hoping someone can help me? I really want to register with some agencies specialising in Media. I have tried to email a few with no response. First of all is it possible to do this? Secondly what’s the best way to go about it?
  I am hoping to move to Berlin soon and any advice on finding a job would be great.
