Contruction Jobs in Berlin

Hi can anyone give me some advice on the prospects of jobs in the contruction industry in Berlin. In general is it good or bad at the moment. I am a tower crane operator ( the really really tall ones you see on constuction sites). How would I go about finding out about this. A big thankyou to anyone who can reply and help. Sam
