Is Potsdam a good place to live in?

• Hello my name is Joyce. We're moving from Singapore to Berlin this June, and my husband and I just finished our 3-day house hunt. Our first choice is between an apartment house on Pucklerstrasse in Grunewald and an apartment house on Am Neuen Garten in Potsdam. Our kids (5 and 7 yrs) will go to Berlin Brandenburg International School. We like the house in Potsdam a lot but we're concerned about the distance to Berlin downtown. My husband doesn't mind the daily drive to Berlin Mitte for work. SHOULD WE LIVE IN POTSDAM vs Grunewald? What are the pros and cons of Potsdam? We need to decide soon. Thanks in advance for your replies! P.S. I'm planning to be a member of BWIC when we arrive in June!
