married to a swiss guy - how do I apply for a B permit??

• Hi There,
  I am married to a Swiss (2.5 years now) and we would like to stay here for 6-12 months. How do I apply for a B permit? Do I have to leave the country to do so or can I apply while I'm here on a tourist visa?

  HI,
  well it wont be a problem if you have all the right papers.I am not sure if you got married here in Switzerland or abroad.If you got married in Switzerland, just drop in into your present Community office and they will issue a B permit in a couple of weeks.

  i am australian living and working in germany.... My boyfriend and i would like to marry and of course I would like to move to switzerland! Will i be given a working permit????? Please can some one help me with this information????? Thank you so much in advance
