Application for a post in Accounts Department
I was very interested in seeing your requirement for the post of accounts personnel in your reputed organisation. In addition to the reputation of your organisation I would like to inform the special interest of mine in the location in which your organisation is situated. Really it is one of my dream to work in your place.
I am a commerce graduate from India . Done Chartered Accountants ( India ) 32 months ( from 2000 to 2003 ) tax , audit and accounts articleshipe training . Also I have passed the PE 1 programme conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India . I have passed the Intermediate examination ( Stage 1 ) conducted by The institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. Doing my final year MBA also through correspondence.
After the intense 32 months articleshipe programme I joined as the Internal Auditor and Inspecting Official of Muthoot Fircorp Ltd ( leading NBFC in South India ) for the period of 2003 to February 2005 . I gone through various accounting and staffing aspects of the branches of the institution at nearly 78 different locations in South India.
After that I worked ( From February 2005 to October 2006 )as the Accounts Manager of Ste BPS Cote D Ivoire Sarl and Ste BPS Burkina Fasso Sarl located in Ivory Coast and Burkina Fasso countries in West Africa respectively. Here my responsibility starts with the voucher entry level to the preparation Balance Sheet . Also got the opportunity to prepare various budgets and programmes for the Management in various West African locations . In addition to the above the work area includes the preparation of necessary export import documents ( for exports like cashew, cacao, cotton, karite etc and for import like tomato paste, bongu cubes, liquors, biscuits etc ) , clearance of goods at port, stock verifications etc.
Presently ( From November 2006 I am working as the Accounts Manager of Safety International group in Kuwait. Here also keeping the accounts in computerised environment from the voucher entry level to the final Balance Sheet.

I will be very happy if I am able to work with your reputed organisation. Not claiming that I am eligible as per your norms and standards , but have the confidence that can do the job which the Management demands. As I am located in a different country, I would like to make the communication through e-mails and PC conferences. Expecting your co-operation for the same.
