• Hi, I need information. I'm from Guatemala and I came to Germany, Berlin with the visa from the Schengen stuff. But my 90 days are expiring soon and I want to stay a few month more. What can I do?

  Either get married to a German or to foreigner with permant residence permit. Otherwise you will have to return or become illegal.

  I guess there is nothing I can do then, but to became illegal. I don't want to leave my boyfriend 'cause he is having a hard time now, I can't marry him 'cause I'm still in the middle of a divorce, and it takes sooo long in Guatemala. If I stay illegally for other 3 month, could they punish me and don't let me in again?

  yes they can and will ...
  ... u could try to go 90 days to NL, FR, LU, BE or PL and come after that time back. I don't know if it is really possible. U can try to get a job as au-pair somewhere in germany. Au-pair's get a visa for 1 year.

  ..DO NOT OVERSTAY YOUR VISA IN A SCHENGEN COUNTRY-
  in no one of the Schengen countries! The 3 months timeframe is for ALL of the Schengen countries, the time you / one spends in any of them alltogether! Practically speaking: get a ticket to a NON Schengen country, spend a weekend there or such and return, then the next 3 month visa regulation has started.
  Peter's advise is incorrect as the countries he suggests are within the Schengen regulation. Check out for yourself which one is outside and near to you to fly to, think low-cost-airlines also.
