Need advise about Germany

• Hello everybody! Im from Argentina and I´m finishing my Computer Engineering Degree, I have contact a few companies in Germany asking for a job or internship programs there. I recieved a few answers but I would like to ask (because i don´t have experience on working abroad) what is better to ask; A job? I have experience in internships so I think that a internship would be good for a start. But An intern can live by his own money?
  
  I asked in Berlin, and Regensburg.
  
  Should the company make all the Visa work or me? How can I make a offer secure so I won´t have problems once there? Please give me a clue.
