  You will create relationships inside and outside the organisation and turn them into positive stories for a range of effective outlets, including the council newspaper, an e-bulletin and the regional, national, local and trade media.
  The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in communications in the Public Sector, and previous experience of successfully implementing communications plans using the full range of communication techniques.
