Marriage

• Would someone please help us . My girslfriend is indonesian and i am swiss . We are planning to get marriage . Is it possible for her marriage legal in swiss by holding her visa tourist at the time ?

  i am not sure, but i think with a tourist visum u cant marry.because u will need alot of papers. i got marry last year with a foreigner, so we did it in his country. i think that is much easier. but think she will have to go back and u have to fight from here.but if u both are legal married then u both have a right to be together.

  I think you might want to ask at Etat Civil in the city where you live. They might be able to tell you what kind of procedure you have to go through. Good luck!
