A cutting edge global provider of online services has an opportunity for a talented individual to manage and develop the company’s email delivery procedures. The main function in this role is to ensure the delivery of bulk email campaigns to the company's extensive customer database (there is no Spam involvement). You will have the necessary skills to be able to work with sending and tracking email campaigns and should understand the reasons why emails will fail/succeed in the delivery process to their customers. As part of your duties you will provide detailed reporting on open rates and bounce backs and the ability to use and enhance internal reporting tools (to determine the efficiency of the 3rd party products) is desirable. Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate strong IT knowledge and ideally will understand & problem solve the Windows Server environment and mail servers. Additionally you will also have a good understanding of database systems such as MS SQL, MySQL and HTML It would be a bonus if you have experience of using of reporting systems and experience in the use of common tools such as Crystal Reports.
