• One of the worlds leading retail and online betting companies, are looking to develop the support to their Scandinavian customer base. The company has customers in over 200 countries, with betting in 12 languages and 18 currencies and currently has an opportunity for a Scandinavian Customer Service Associate. They are looking for an individual who has the ability to interact with the customer and help to find a solution to any issues. The successful individual will need to have good communication skills, problem resolution ability and a temperament to provide high levels of customer satisfaction.
