only high school - how do i find a job?

• I am a 22 year old US-Citizen. I want to move to the Netherlands around the end of summer 2009. I work as a supervisor but do not have any formal education other than high school. I started working when I was 14, and like many Americans, worked my way to a career, rather than going to school. Can anybody tell me how the chances are for me getting a job in the area of Groningen and how I can do this?
