help in getting a sofi number

• I am a romanian who need to get a sofi number coz i found a job but i need it in order to work and open a bank account
  
  i am looking for a romanian or bulgarian who got their sofi number here in holland and can help me on how they did it
  
  coz it sound complicated
  
  would appreciate it alot and will return favour in helping them in something i am good at

  In order to get a sofi number you need to have a visum with a working license (in Holland we call this a MVV - machtiging voor voorlopig verblijf - permission for temporary stay). You need to have an adress to stay in Holland and you need to have someone that can apply you for this and support you financially.
  The company that hires you can also arrange it for you, but than they probabely have to prove that no Dutch citizen can do the job. I assume that there is also a fee to pay, and I'm not sure if they are willing to do so.
