Visa for my daughters

• I'm a filipina with a dutch partner. My son (17yrs old) and I are scheduled for an interview for our MVV application this month. My 2 daughters (19yrs old and 25yrs.old) got a negative advise from IND that's why we didn't proceed with the MVV application.We tried study visa application but they didn't qualify bec. they only had a yr. and a half college education in the PHils.What options do we still have?I need a lawyer with an expertise on this. Pls. help me!!!
