    mira yo tngo mi novio holandes y estoy en tramites para ir alla, lo primero q debes hacer es ir a la embajada de paises bajos y tramitar tu visa por visita familiar o a amistades, t novio o amigo holandes te tiene q enviar una carta de garantia legalizada adjuntando las bolestas de pago de sus ultimos 3 meses...si gustas mas informacion te dejo my [email removed]te

    As I do not speak Spanish, I will give an answer in English.

    There will be no sticker regulations for visiting The Netherlands in the near future.

    If you want to apply for a short stay Schengen visa, most important is to convince the Dutch embassy you have something (job, you own house)or someone (child, parent you take care of) to return to. The thing they fear most is illegal immigration. Besides you need € 34 for every intended day of stay (with a max. of 90 days) or a guarantee from Holland if you do not have the money yourself.

    If they refuse the visa, do appeal. This often gives a positive result.
    You can get an almost free lawyer to assist you with such an appeal.

    Do you want to come for more than 3 months, you will need an entry clearance, the MVV.
    In such a case let you Dutch partner contact a lawyer before, to avoid mistakes.

    Ik woon in Perú. Mijn vriend woont in Belgie maar hij is van Nederlands. We hebben onze papieren op maart naar de ambassade van Belgie gestuurd. Zij zeiden dat niet we hebben een duurzame relatie. We stuurde opnieuw andere papieren omdat we een duurzame relatie hebben. Onze relatie is van 2 jaren. We willen binnenkort samen zijn. Kunt u me helpen?.
