• Roommate contracts

  I have had some not so good experiences with roommates in the past and I was wondering if I can make them sign contracts to force them to pay rent and abide to certain norms.

  hmmm, you need to have a sublet with your roommate or he/she has to sign the original lease, which means that your roommate becomes liable for his/her responsibilites during the duration of the lease
